Picture Details
Beauly has the ruined church of a Valliscaulian priory at one end of its village square. This is a shot of part of the Priory.
There were 3 priories founded in 1230, and this is one of them. Part of the building was later rebuilt in the 1530s.
This building is open to the public and is in the ownership of Historic Scotland.
