Picture Details
This is a picture of a Mute swan pictured at Brodie Castle, Moray, Scotland. As you can see this Mute is master of the pond on the Brodie Castle Estate.
Visitors to Brodie Castle, now owned by the National Trust for Scotland, can stroll in the grounds and take an interesting woodland walk circumnavigating the pond. At strategic points around the pond, bird hides have been located where visitors can watch the water fowl at close hand without being seen.
